I had missed my periods and now its 10days delay..did preganancy test but result was negtive..Still my periods are not there..

Get a betahcg pregnancy test done and clear doubts on pregnancy,if it is Negative then u may go for Ultrasound to clear doubts on PCOs ,get ur Thyroid checked as well.
