Missed/Delayed periods (2.5 months)

Hello Dr. My periods are delayed by 2.5 months now and my beta HCG reports are also negative (0.1 mIU/ml). What should I do next? (History: I'm sexually active but I got my periods after my last intercourse. LMP: 28th March No history of this kind of irregular periods) Looking forward to your guidance and prescription. Thank you.
