Before one week of period date i am suffering weakness,headche,lower back pain,nausea,bitter taste,i am not hungry at any time.now today completed 32 of my last month period date.plz suggest me what's wrong with me.

It's better to do urine pregnancy test if sexually active. If not get ultrasound lower abdomen done to look for any cyst.
