Miscarriage on 7 week . Is there need of  D&C ? Though no gestational sac views on 6 week .  Plz help me

If pregnancy is inside uterus and less than 7 weeks and no fetal pole you can take medical termination of pregnancy pills

Take Tablet Mifepristone 200 mg on day 1 followed Tablet Misoprostol 400 micrograms on day 3
