I had a miscarriage 1 week ago , i bleed for 3 days and horrible back pain and the pain still continue. Do you think it is safe that I dont go to a doctor ? My stomach is still bloated and abdominal is very hard , is it normal ? When do you think it will be normal again? Is there anything specific I can do to make sure my health is safe ?
