Miscarriage at 6 weeks
I was 6 weeks pregnant when i had bleeding and now its been 2 weeks.
My doctor has prescribed me Misoprostol -200 now after sonography.
I have bleeding since 2 weeks, for how long will it continue? Are there any side effects of Misoprostol?
Misoprostol has been advised to you so that your products of conception are evacuated as soon possible and d&c can be avoided.duration of bleeding may vary. Usually it may last for 4 to 5 days. But in case it is heavy or prolonged more than 1 wk you should immediately contact your doctor
She may get your usg repeated or you may be required emergency d&c. You are required to get certain blood investigations also
