Had an accident last year and broken pinky finger (boxing fracture). It was treated with pop casting. It got healed but knuckle got misaligned, there is no problem with grip. Now can it be treated with surgery? What will be the complications​ after surgery like loss of movement or ligaments damage etc. Will I get my knuckle back?

Usually after 5th metacarpal fracture prominence of knuckle decteases but functionally doesn't affect. It can be corrected surgically but does have possibility of complications. Kindly consult Orthopaedic surgeon in your locality for further management.
