I would like to know that can minoxidil grows permanent hairs . Or if stop using it , then the hair fall definitely occurs/ continue

Yes minoxidil can stop hair fall in some extent but once u stop it again start to fall .it doesn't grow permanent hair.for permanent hair to grow hormone resistent hair from back to be transplanted to hair lost area .
