Kindly specify which ear surgery you had undergone. Did you get an incision behind your ear for the same? (Postaural incision). If an incision was given post aurally it’s possible that it’s over the same area where the temples of your spectacles are placed. Usually post surgery there can be fibrosis which can cause some amount of discomfort over the surgical scar. That is normal. Just apply coconut oil over the scar. If the pain is unbearable it’s possible that the scar is infected and needs to be checked by an ENT surgeon physically.
