Minor Knee Swelling

2017-04-04 21:09:10
I've been working out and running since September 2016 in order to lose weight. Around New Years, my knee swelled up big time. I rested for a couple weeks, then eased back in while it went away. It's been 95% back to normal. Since then, I've increased my workout and running load again and have noticed very slight swelling and stiffness, especially the days after a long run (about an hour). I don't feel any pain, even when running or playing basketball. I wanted to what I could do now, or what to look out for to avoid it becoming a bigger issue.
