On last dec 14 2017 the was accodentally hit me.. No any fracturw.. all my xray are normal.. but my MRI result has a minimal fluid on my left knee joint.. what can I do? How can I cure this? Thanks
Fluid in the joint is usually normal (synovial fluid) but due to trauma there can be injury to covering of the joint and can lead to increased fluid. If no other injury, then it ll resolve on its own. Rest , ice packs and analgesics will help in reducing pain during initial period.
U can start on "static and dynamic quadriceps muscle strengthening exercises"
.. Do about 20 repetition in 20 sittings all over the day.. U can type it on youtube for details
