Yesterday I done ultrasound scanning L seen minimal fluid in pod what is that? It is serious or not

Fluid in POD cn be physiological if scan s done during ovulation time. Or it could indicate pelvic infection or endometriosis or ectopic pregnancy. If has to be correlated with symptoms
