See Omega 3 will help in your case or not..that depends on your way of changing few working styles also...ok...take 5 min break after 45 min..rub your hand and place warm hands on your closed eyes...take short walk in a lobby...I mean brain requires rest and time to rejuvenate...you will be able to perform much better..ok
