Spitting some amount only through mouth is okay but as it's spitting through mouth and nose kindly consult pediatrician once.

Ensure that you are not overfeeding her, as frequent or improper feeding can lead to these issues. Additionally, milk entering the nose poses a risk of aspiration, so please exercise caution while feeding. More background information is needed. However, it's important to note that occasional regurgitation in children is normal, and employing burping techniques can be beneficial.

Smaller frequent feeds, avoiding pressure on tummy after feeds, laying him down in reclined position for sometime after feeding helps. Kindly consult a paediatrician for a general examination and growth assessment.
