Hi doctors, My baby is 4 month old and she is on bottle feeding since birth. I was facing this issue of belching and spitting up milk. I was also burping her frequently but still she spits and also passes gas at night time she is not sleeping properly as she is passing gas which disturbs her sleep. Can anyone suggest solution for this problem. Also how much milk should a 5.6 kg baby should take and how many times a day with how much gap between feedings.
