Mild stroke

Hi sir, recently I have admitted in hospital due to heart beat exceeded 230bpm and I have mitral valve prolapse since 2005, doctor said it's mild stroke due to small damage to heartso  use medication but, I'm afraid of stroke..if it's come again do I have capacity to handle that.. daily I'm facing left side heart pain comes and goes and my stomach beating with heart surrounding navel and weakness especially evening time. please advise me...
