Mild spotting
I got married three weeks ago, we were in a physical relationship almost daily. Yesterday I had mild spotting, not periods though and (mild itchy feeling while urinating not often ) I'm having a vomiting sensation and mild dizziness. Are these symptoms of UTI or implantation.
