Mild right testicle and abdomen pain

I am experiencing mild pain in my right testicle which comes and goes also the pain is most if the times accompanied by pain in right abdomen.. i consulted two doctors and after physical examination they said nothing serious.. I have tested negative for UTI. .and nothing found in ultrasound. I have no swelling in testicles, but pain is recurring.
