Hello Doctor, I have a tight foreskin with a very small opening and it does not retract properly. I also experience ballooning/swelling of the foreskin during urination, where urine collects briefly before passing out. There is no pain, infection, burning, discharge, or difficulty in urination. This has been present for a long time. I would like to first try safe home treatment if possible, like stretching or any recommended method, before considering any procedure.
