Mild pain in Scrotum when without inner

Hi, I am getting mild pain in my scrotum when no inner wear is worn. When I wear it, the pain is fading away. My medical history : I am a married man with a 1 year old kid. I had Urinary Tract Infection 2 years back (before marriage). I underwent treatment and got it cured. Kindly let me know the cause of this problem and whether it requires any immediate medical attention?
