Mild pain in chest from several years. a doctor suggested angio graphy. and he found blockage in artery. Angio graphy findins are 1. LM-- small ,long diffuse plaque with-40-50% mid segment stenosis. 2. LAD-- Long ,small size with significant 90% stenosis at S1 &D1 level . There is diffuse distal disease. 3 Non -doinant with 2OMs.Ostial LCx shows 70-80% stenosis.OM1 has ostial 80%stensis. OM2 has diffuse 90% stenosis. 4. RCA dominant with mild disease in proximal segment and90% ostial PDA stenosisand 90% PLV stenosis. kindly suggest should i go for by pass surgery or not
