Mild mucosal odema seen in ceacum

My recent ultrasound report says that "Mild mucosal odema seen in ceacum" and fatty enlarged liver to 17 CMS and constipation. I am very tired of thinking about this. What should be the further course of action from my end?

Consult gastroenterologist,you need few tests and probably colonoscopy,regarding enlarged liver,if fatty liver diagnosis is established,you need life style modification and treatment for fatty liver Disease
