Mild Jock Itch
I've got mild jock itch. It's not that much, it gets a little itchy sometimes but I try not to scratch.
Please suggest suitable treatment for it. I've attached photo for reference.

Take tab.syntran 100 mg once daily
Tab. Teczine 10 mg at night for itching
Wear loose clothes, wash clothes separately
Avoid hot and spicy food
Take plenty of fluids
Provide ventilation it wil clear don't worry
