Mild hydronephrosis
Mild hydronephrosis in left kidney is thier,we did ctscan and no stone was found..only doubt is thier of PUJ...that aslo not clear...what if dtpa scan also says no obstruction....what could be the cause then?...can mild hydronephrosis goes on its own?..and
if puj is thier is it required to operate or we can leave it like that...all kidney fucntions are normal
It's better to know that upto what level the hydro nephro sis is their
And how does is correlate with the symptoms such as flank pain and fever
DTPA scan will tell what's the level of obstruction and also how much that kidney is affected due to obstruction.
