Mild Gastritis symptoms
I'm experiencing gastritis like symptoms after attending a family wedding where I consumed too much oily, outside food and alcohol-

Since there are no current acid reflux or heartburn symptoms, you may not need to continue Nexpro RD. However, complete the prescribed course as stopping early might cause symptom recurrence.
To prevent recurrence:
Eat smaller, more frequent meals
Avoid spicy, acidic, fried, and fatty foods
Temporarily avoid alcohol consumption
Don't eat within 3-4 hours of bedtime
Acute gastritis often resolves on its own with proper care and medication. If symptoms persist beyond the current treatment course or worsen, a follow-up consultation would be advisable
