Mild Fluid in Pouch of Douglas

I am having unbearable pain in lower abdomen. Already took Zenflox and AF Kit. After 1 week pain vanished and then stopped as told by gynecologist. But after few days pain started again. I don't know what to do. My E.S.R. is higher than normal and HB is lower. Please advice
