Mild depression

I believe I might be suffering from mild case of depression. I find myself lacking motivation toward anything. It's hard for me to follow a certain routine and make good habits. These days I'm finding it difficult to wake up early in morning but I can easily pull a night out. please suggest right course of action.

Well u should try to do jogging.. make some friends to whom u can share ur problam and happyness. All the people have some kind of defferent2 tension so dont worry. Just think next day will b better.. try to do kapal bhati pranayam and anu vilam pranayam.. Dont think more just try to b happy and share ur happyness.. Jope u will b better soon. TC

Relax.have a positive attitude.do things which make you happy.there a lot of beautiful things places to c and explore.have hobbies listen to good music take a walk .:-)
