My son had mild fever since last 4 days, which he is well now, but he has light caugh. He also has cold runny nose. He is given dolo 650 half tablet, allercet syrup, and cofarest syrup. Daily two times.

Take cofarest syrup 3 times a day and avoid cold water/drinks and sour food for a while. Dnt worry it will get reduced, generally cough takes a little time to resolve.
