Mild burn feeling on the vulva

There is a mild burn feeling on the vulva from last 1 month. I took anyibiotics but no help. There is no fungus on the vulva and no itching. But not sure why mon pubis and groin area burn. It is not happening while sleeping. Only during the day time I feel this burn or heat sort of. Any suggestions please.
