Im having sever migraine from last 2 3 days, Im having tab Stimitil and Praamet still the headache pain is same. Please advise.

Ok.. you may take a tablet of naxdom 500mg 1 tab if pain occurs... If it is persistent take twice a day  (not more than that).. for two days .
