Migraine aura,sensing orange,sinusitis

Once in a year or 2 years I get this trouble.I get blurred vision(flashing lights),numbness in hand and tongue.Then after a while I get confusion,I blabber and I get severe headache.I browsed internet and found the name migraine aura.The next symptom is different from the above.It doesn't trouble me.At rare occasions I smell orange.Are they related

Usually migraines occur more frequently and are associated with symptoms of aura such as light flashes, floaters and smell disturbances at the onset of headache. Symptoms occurring once in a year is unlikely to be migraine and other neurological conditions needs to be ruled out
