Patient underwent adhoc PTCA in Feb'21 after suffering a heart attack. ACR is 288.58mcg/mg as on August'21. Blood pressure - 135/80 Fasting blood sugar - 117 Urine is foamy. ACR report attached. Please suggest cause and treatment for microalbuminuria. What is the condition of kidney? Thanks,
