Hi doc...I have pcos and my endocrinologist has given me metformin ie glycomet 500 mg twice daily...I am using it since 25 days and I have not got my period yet...should I up my dosage by 500 mg?I heard pcos patients usually have good indications at 1500 mg...also I am obese and keen on conceiving..I already lost 2.5 kg in the last 25 days...do advice...thank you

500 mg bd is sufficient do prag test if overdue. If all other tests are normal there r good chances of conceiving with metf by
