Metacarpal fracture

Right hand 2nd metacarpal head fracture due to fall of heavy object. Plaster was applied on 27 March 2021 and removed on 29 April 2021. There is still stiffness and looks like deformed finger. Can it be healed again as it was like first?

Nothing can restore it to condition as it was earlier.but minor surgical intervention and further physiotherapy can improve condition a lot.this is your right hand and if you are right handed person you should not neglect it
