I have no symptoms In ultrasound multiple lymph node inflammed Longest 20×7 mm My esr is 30 My montoux test show 14 mm Is i have tb or not

Your mantoux is positive only Have CECT abdomen Review, or go for Diag lap, have the node biopsied  and send for HPE
