Mentally stressed

Im thinking about only thing for 24 hours and sleeping too.for this problem im not comfortable to take a food with heartfully..i need to forgot that thing in my life shall any treatment with regarding to my problem

Hi, You seem to be too much stressed..Relax I would say...
