It appears that you took a hasty decision in the first instance. No job, or relationship will ever be perfect for anyone. You should learn to adjust. Instead of trying to change others, you should try to bring about the change in youself. Let people be whatever they are. You be nice to them, and see the difference. You must learn the art of meditation and pranayama. Make it part of your lifestyle... I'm sure you will see a whole lot of difference in your life. Yes I think it would be a good idea if you go back to your old organization. But if you are not able to manage the stress, a visit to a psychiatrist will be very helpful. All the very best. Take care.

Hi, I do understand your concern and feeling towards the decision making, sometimes based upon the situation and peek of the moment people do decisions, not even thinking whether its right or wrong or its hasty. this happens you dont have to feel guilty about it. In each official environment, you come across different people with different traits and perception. You need to learn to adjust and handle the emotions in a better way. I think if you have the thyroid problem , sometimes there will be mood swings also. If you feel the previous office is better to work , you can take decision about it. But if you are not good in managing the emotions then its better visit the psychologists near your area.
Next Steps
visit the psychologist near your place to help you in handling the emotions.
Health Tips
practicing Yoga, meditaion and having healthy foods will help both physical and mental health.
