Sir/mam, I am preparing for madhya pradesh civil services . I have a problem I feel cold during exams .my hands freeze and my I cannot properly remember wat I had studied before. I am unable to write fast due to this drawback. This is the biggest hindrance in my selection. Kindly give suggestion please.
