My mother having the mental illness,and she is smiling at her own ,when I asked her like why you are smiling she is not answering to me and she is talking to her self and talking to the imaginary people even there o Is on one to talk ..Consulted the doctor thrice ..But she is not taking the medicine ..Please suggest me the best solution ..
