I cant controlling my thoughts from few days and getting irritate with little little things, usually i always share daily things with my mom and i have good friends who makes me happy and care for me but therefor inside im sad somehow

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. Your are becoming anxious or irritated because of your thoughts as you may be adding some emotions or feelings to your thoughts. May be these thoughts are about your career, exams, relationships etc. Here the solution should be to  manage the  thoughts than trying to controlling it. Yes, it's easier said than done!!. There are methods and techniques to learn this and overcome your problems.. Get some counselling guidance..
