Ive been experiencing difficulty controling my emotions and mood, somedays i really dont want to move, do anything see anyone, i just find myself staring into space, i dont eat and either dont sleep or do nothing but sleep. Other days its like ive taken something because ill move about quicker, talk more and feel good, or better than normal. Its been happening for a few years its happening more now though and i find myself having not so nice thoughts on bad days.
