I’ve attempted suicide once and was committed. I took one pill last night to go to sleep will I be committed if I tell my therapist

Hello No you shall not be committed for taking a pill for sleeping. But you shouldn't take any medicine without advice of a treating psychiatrist. Also you shouldn't hide anything from your therapist because only then he/she will be able to help you holistically.
