My sister suffer from mental disease. She said I had no feelings, no desire, suicide thought, patience less, can't control myself, no target in life, Can't feel whether her mother, father or brother when we talk to them, suffer from three years, many doctors changed but no improvement. WHat is MaIN disease or problem and its treatment.

Sorry to hear about your sisters situation and the effect it might be having on you and the family. It appears that she might be suffering from chronic possibly treatment resistant depression with or without possible ongoing stress. She would need thorough assessment by a psychiatrist including medication history. Best wishes.
