I got mensus 10th of this month within 20days again today it is spot bleeding started is there any issue by this.

Are your menses otherwise regular? If it was just spotting and not proper bleeding, It can be ovulation bleeding. Nothing to worry about. But if you have proper bleeding or irregular menses, consult with a gynecologist.
