My sister recently had periods for one day and it stopped. Normally she has periods for 3 days. Neither it was spotting. She also took pregnancy test after 6 days. It was also negative.. So any other health issue is she having She is also following a proper diet and routine to loose her weight... So that she could concieve... What it could be
