Mensuration
During my mensuration I will get Sevier pain while going for motion... And feels like going now n then when the pain occures. Kindly let me know the reason why I am getting this type of pain I am getting this since 5 to 6 cycles. Please guide me in this regard.

it is suggested to take 1/2 hingvastak churna with 2 tsf of ghee with food. consume it in first 5 bites of food then complete the food.
tab shankhavati 2 tab 1/2 hr before food with warm water lunch and dinner.
take 1 spoon of castor oil at night with milk
do it for continues 2 cycles.
