My friend got married last year problem is she didn't get periods in July month... she also tested for the pregnancy bt the results are negative... what is the issue then???

Get your friend's hormonal test done (TSH and prolactin) and ultrasound pelvis to rule out PCOS.

Consult a gynaecologist. Get a sensitive blood test like  beta hcg done to cofirm or rule out pregnancy and also an ultrasound to rule  out some ovarian cyst.
