Last month i consumed norethisterone tablet for 4 days,this month i am having a delay of nearly 10 days,which is quite rare for my cycle. What is wrong? When can i expect my regular cycle?

Last month after norethisterone you got period.May be one reason.If sexually active do pregnancy test by urine or blood.Both tests are negative then repeat the same tablet.
