Hi, is it safe to have meftel spas on the 1st day of my period due to menstruation pain? If yes, what is the prescribed dosage to be taken: 250 or 500 mg?

Maftal spas will only mask the pain without addressing the underlying cause of problem. It's not normal to have painful periods. Please read my blog posted on Practo health feed.
