Menstrual problem

I have been late for 24 days for my period I got my last period on 27 Jan 2017 I have cramp in legs back pain stomach pain. Frequent urination , even feel very heavy after I have my lunch or dinner. I have done 3 hpt they were negetive Please tell me it is a hormonal problem or pregnancy symptoms .

Commonly this is a s/o unovulation & hormonal imbalance  , it rules out pregnancy as UPT got negative.
